is a practicing psychiatrist who has explored the aesthetic and discipline of quilting for many years. Her quilts have been exhibited at The Quilters' Gathering 2003 and 2007, Nashua, NH, the Lowell Quilt Festival, 2004, Lowell, MA, and the International Quilt Festival, 2005, Houston, TX.
In the fall of 2008 her solo exhibit at the Gallery at First Parish Church in Weston, MA included many of her genome quilts and liturgical stoles. Her "Human red cone pigment gene" quilt is featured on the cover of December 2008 Nature Genetics.
Her unique focus is on what she has termed the "genome quilt," and she also creates celebration quilts for friends, family, and by commission.
